Our construction management services include:

Preconstruction management

• Review of overall project scope
• Subcontract review
• Verification of subcontractors’ insurance certificates
• Secure building permits from city
• Project scheduling

Construction phase management

• Provide day-to-day scheduling and coordination
• Update project schedule and meet as required with owner to update project progress
• Coordinate with on-site employees to minimize disruptions
• Verify work is being completed per plan and specifications
• Meet with city inspectors as required for progress inspections and final certificate of occupancy
• Work with testing agency for special inspections as required
• Facilitate field change orders and progress payment review with owner
• Oversee general construction site clean up and final cleaning for occupancy
